Beef Stroganoff

Slow cooked beef thick flank strips in a cream sauce of mushrooms, onions, white wine, garlic, lemon & paprika.

INGREDIENTS:

beef, mushrooms, cream, white wine, stock granules, mustard, flour, onions, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, garlic & water.

*no added sugar

HEATING:

Defrost thoroughly.

Heat contents in saucepan on stove-top over a low heat.

Stir frequently until warmed through.

MICROWAVE

Stir frequently in between to make sure the cream does not split.

Do not overheat, as this can toughen meat.
