Braised Beef Pot

A hearty beef casserole with deboned beef shin, slow cooked in tomato, white wine & garlic, with carrots, mushrooms, courgettes & pearl onions.

INGREDIENTS:

beef, mushrooms, white wine, stock granules, flour, onions, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, salt, herbs, courgettes, chutney & water

* no added sugar, but approx. 1 tsp of chutney per portion

* low carb, approx. 5g of flour per portion

* dairy free

HEATING:

Defrost thoroughly.

Heat contents in saucepan over a low heat.

Stir frequently until warmed through.

MICROWAVE

Stir frequently in between.

Do not overheat, as this can toughen meat.
