Cream of Courgette & Caramelised Onion Soup

Slow cooked courgettes, sweet caramelised onion, cream & stock blended to velvety smooth

INGREDIENTS:

courgette, stock granules, cream, onions, sugar & pepper.

* no added garlic, but there are traces in the stock

* contains a small amount of Knorr Chicken Stock Granules, therefore not completely vegetarian

HEATING:

Defrost thoroughly.

Heat contents in saucepan on stove-top over low heat.

Stir frequently until warmed through.

MICROWAVE:

Suitable, but do not overheat.
