Greek Style Moussaka

Layered baked Aubergine slices with beef Bolognaise mince. Topped with a scrumptious cheese sauce

INGREDIENTS:

aubergine, beef mince, onions, sugar, garlic, herbs, tomatoes, salt, balsamic vinegar, butter, flour, milk, cream, eggs, cheese & pepper

* low carb, approx. 5g of flour per portion

HEATING:

Defrost thoroughly.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 - 45mins, depending on the portion size & oven.

Heat until heated through & cheese sauce is golden brown

MICROWAVE

Suitable, but will not go crispy as it will in the oven.
